3 Problems(P) which students are facing in paying fee through SmartHub and their Solutions(S):
1. P- Old ATM/Debit card of JK Bank not working for Online Payment.
S- Either the card is not made for Online Payment or Online Payment is not activated on it.Visit your JK bank branch to either get a new card or activate Online Payment on the old card or get a net banking ID & password and use the net banking mode in smarthub to pay the fee.
2. P- Old mobile no given in their account is not in use due to which they are unable to receive OTP for completing the transaction.
S- Visit your bank branch to update your new mobile no in your account.
3. P- Transaction limit is less than the Payable fee.
S- Visit your bank branch to increase your limit.
